I have optimized via PNG shrinking, zipaligning, and bloatware removal in this rom as much as I believe is necessary. This rom has been personally tested by me to flash over the stock 1.56.651.2, Fresh 1.0 and 1.1, unofficial MoDaCo 1.3a, and MoDaCo 2.0 without wiping. Warning: flashing from Fresh 1.1 and 1.0 may leave some of the fresh files on your phone aka you may notice stuff is still "fresh".

Last but not least, always do I nandroid backup before you install this rom or any addon. I take no responsibility for any damage done to your phone.

A: This is Android 1.5 aka Cupcake.

Q: Do I need to do a wipe before installing?
A: No. Enjoy switching roms without loosing any apps or data.

Q: Can I use GCK or MCK with this ROM?
A: Yes. Both work fine.

Q: I'm having problems downloading apps from the Market; what do I do?
A: Sign into Gtalk. Apparently the two are closely related even though you'd never guess. For an in-depth discussion head over to this thread.

Q: How do I get back an app that you removed?
A: If whatever reason you want back some silly stock app, I recommend you use flipzmode's pre-kitchen.

Q: There are still apps in this rom I don't want; How do I remove them?

Q: Certain websites don't load properly or at all! Help?
A: Download the hosts.zip file; unzip it and read instructions.

Q: What is this whole Apps2SD thing about?
A: Apps2SD is a script that will do exactly as it implies so you are no longer limited to your phone's internal storage. You only need to format your SD card as FAT+ext2. Once that requirement is met, the rest will be automatic. Warning: Formatting your SD card will erase ALL of the data on it. If you want to keep it, make a backup.

i had a lil bit of lag but only bc i was using better keyboard but i swap back and forth between htc keyboard and better. better only lags a lil still needs more work. htc yas done wonders with their keyboard so im gonna stick with this for now bc of no lag.

Added clear lock screen to add-on section and fixed the espresso lock screen to look proper during alarms. Also now available, a stock black theme plus the animations.

flashed last night and it seems like a tight rom, thanks alot!

I also had some problems getting certain themes to work, I applied them through recovery via update zip but some didnt seem to have any effect. not a big deal since the black with animations works and I like it but I was just looking to try out the others.

I know this is a dumb question but I really want to try this rom. Is there any way someone can put a mirror up for me on another website other than mediafire? I am at work and I am trying to download directly using my phone. Every time i do, at random percentages it just stops and says download unsuccessful. I am thinking it is mediafire because everything else downloads fine. Thanks.

Badass Rom. Flashed straight over fresh 1.1 with zero problems. Very fast Rom, even faster with overclocking. Fresh Rom needs to catch up. Although the kitchen was a huge addition to our hero community. So props to both of you.

When I try to install Ratcom-blue.zip through recovery it says..

E:No Signature (769 files)
E:Verification Failed

Installation Aborted.


Some of the others do this for me also, not sure whats causing it but if you have any suggestions let me know and ill try it.

overclock widget in the market... lol, battery is short and sweet...it makes your phone run hotter and wastes battery quicker, with the possibility of frying your phone if you dont know what your doing.

I dont set it on too high though, so it just overclocks a little bit.... but i dont try to use the phone for a long period of time, i just do a little of this and a little of that here and there.

they are not signed. try signing the zip with fresh kitchen and try again. or they are themes needed to be run through metamorph. im sure its stated there somewhere. 0_0 ... maybe not...

Yes, SU Permissions/Whitelist and Busybox are both fully functional in this ROM.

TTG runs smooth and stable, and I would recommend it to anyone, whether on the fence about trying a custom ROM, or already experienced and settled in to another.

Thinking about giving this one a try. I'm rooted but on stock. I know I have to install recovery image, but do i have to wipe before installing the rom?

I've read about people flashing custom to custom without wiping, but I think in some directions I've read that you should wipe first (sounds gross).
