[ROM] STX Rom v1_1.9.10

Here is my first release for the Sprint CDMA Hero

PHONE MUST BE ROOTED!!!
Look here for instructions on how to root.

This Rom is built from Fresh Rom 1.1 with some graphical tweaks.

Twitter and HTC Location Service are included

First Boot will be 3-5 minutes- this is normal
