hey got a questions for anyone that could help me out. i cant get the RUU to see my Hero...? it just gives this error: "ERROR[170]: USB CONNECTION ERROR" but its conneted. and ive tried it both just plugging it in and by mounting it. but both dont work. any help would be greatly appreciated.

one other thing... i have a Sprint Hero Advocate's phone model. so im trying to get to the official sprints released ruu. thanks in advanced


edit: the usb device is installed correctly i just rooted the device but i cannot get the ruu to install. still wont connect.

I go the same error, anybody know hot to fix it? I will be selling my hero and would like to return it to a complete stock state since it is rooted right now. Thanks in advance.
