Sure, simply put, Deodexed is for theming so if you want to use custom rosies or clocks, etc, then deodexed is the way to go. Odex is a bit smaller and faster running rom but not themeable (unless a chef makes it themeable odex version but thats a different story ) Odex is basically the closest to the original rom.
