Here you go.. I thought this was posted on the OP but I could not find it so I did a search in this thread and this is what I found.

Get MSL Reader app from the market and get your MSL
Nandroid Backup EVO-Deck (GB rom)
Nandroid restore Sense ROM backup
Goto the dialer and type in ##GPSCLR# or ##GPSCLRX#
Let the phone reboot
Once phone is back up, reboot into recovery and wipe everything
Nandroid restore EVO-Deck (GB rom)
Download GPS Status APP from market and run

Remember you must be on a Froyo Sense rom to do this fix. Do not attempt this on a gingerbread rom as it will not work.

If this does not help you then Google "evo gingerbread rom GPS fix" and you get tons of options.

Thanks....tannerj

Kernel update again- I had flashed Tiamat 3.3.5. Holy crap it's a complete turnaround for me- made it to 4 hours 53 minutes and was only at 63%. Can't wait till this kernel really embeds itself

If you search the thread for a changelog, I think there are a few posted througout. I know there is at least one for RC8 to RC9.

For wireless tether: Menu>Settings>Wireless and Networks>Tethering and portable hotspot

To add more pages, you need to switch to a diff launcher (LauncherPro, ADW, Go, etc.)

Most people use dialer one if they don't like the AOSP dialer.

i also went to use dialer one because of the no t9 search but then i realized if u go to contacts in default contacts app and hit the search button u can search your contacts that way .. seems to work pretty nice

Re: [4-7-11][ROM] gingerbread-evo-deck [rc9][STABL-ER]

Love the Rom, but I have 2 questions/issues.

1. I keep getting a "V30 voicemail error", and the voicemail icon won't go away. Can I use the voicemail.apk that is on the first page to fix this, or do I need to backup a working one and restore that?

2. Also, I did the GPS fix, and GPS can locate me and everything. But when I use Maps to navigate, it keeps saying searching for gps, even though it shows my progress on a map. It won't audibly give me turn by turn directions. Is this normal?

Again, I appreciate the work and love the ROM overall.
