I should have asked this before I did it.

But I just got a new Evo4G from insurance. I rooted it and rebooted it. Then I immediately installed this ROM and it's taking a lot longer to boot then I remember.

Will this ROM (and tether) work on the 2.3.3 Evo4G?

i downloaded this a week ago, is working fab. thanks to the dev.
has anyone managed to get skype to work with this?
how would i find updates for when there is 720p recording option for the camcorder?

I switched back to 2.3.4 because I don't know why, 2.3.5 was a little slow for me overall. For example, when sliding to another screen or just opening something...it seems weird but 2.3.4 is so fast for me I'm just sticking with that for awhile. Thanks for the best ROM I've ever had Deck!

Is there any chance of installing the miui cam and a card SD reader in a next up date the standard cam option is kinda lame on the evo compared to the miui cam app. But regardless this is the ROM I stand by

MIUI cam works great with the ROM...not too hard to find the .apk for an install! Using it as my default quick cam. For more "technical" stuff...I suggest using Vignette...timer...several settings for quality...and a host of customizations! SD reader??

@deck: Was wondering what your plans are with this project. i have very much enjoyed your work...definitely a leg up over CM7. Time has come when there are a slew of NEWER devices...was wondering if you're planning on slowing development for this ROM...and/or...moving to another device?

just curious.. what Kernel's are you guys using? I just flashed to the latest build hoping to get a lil better battery life. im currently getting about 12-14 hours unplugged with push exchange email and gmail as well as normal use with wi fi and gps on.

I'm using the latest tiamat kernel.. I tried savagezen with little change. any suggestions on how to get a lil more battery life?
