What is "good battery life" with this rom? 14hours? 24?

Personally, i do moderate use and heavy use not as frequent, I have savaged zen 1.0.1 with sbc (CFS). Yesterday, I couldn't let my phone charge all the way so I took off with it at 88%. Got about 16 hours and it had 15% left, so technically I only used 73% of the battery, probably had another good 2 hours left on it too...I don't know how people get a whole day and more on this, i have never gotten to 20 hours myself...I don't need it for that long anyway.

Right now im at 51% since I took it off the charger at 1245 this morning. Light usage and a few phones calls later...Im using Pre 5 with Tiamat 3.3.7 w/SBC. Not bad after 17 hours.

Went back to RC10. Stock Kernel, 58% remaining after 14 hours off charge, light use today. Waiting for 1.0 !

Deck,

I'm still running RC6 w/Tiamat 3.3.7 SBC with no issues whatsoever. Does your later releases have an updated Market? I don't see any options in my Market regarding ads; maybe becuase I froze market updater to keep the market from updating to the green one again......

Pre 5 with Tiamat 3.3.7 w/SBC, i would say the same if not slightly better than stock sprint rom as far as longevity.

i'll have to give it a few more days before i can give a solid description and comparison to anything else.

Wifi is broken from te stock kernel. Flash the Tiamat kernel to fix it. Don't know what's up with your 4g. Download Wimax Key Checker from the market and make sure you still have you RSA Keys.

sounds like you didn't flash the most current radio's.

do all the wipes
flash the radios
flash sense 2.2 type rom
boot into sense 2.2 rom
update prl's and make sure all things work. 4g etc...

do all the wipes etc
flash gingerbread pre5
flash gapps
flash suggested kernal
boot into gingerbread, all should work

1. Wipe
2. Install Rom and restart normally into the Rom
3. Reboot in Recovery, (you can also wipe here if you want, including user data)
4. Install Kernel, restart into the Rom
4a. Setup your WIFI if you are at home because it will help you download your apps faster once you install GAPPS
5. Reboot into Recovery, install GAPPS
6. Restart phone, run through the GAPPS installation, open market, if you used google to backup your data it will reinstall your market apps.
7. FIX PERMISSIONS via Rom Manager or other root tools with that option
8. Reboot and you should be good to go...

That is how I run through my rom installations.

I did all of that, and I was worse off then before lol. Its when I install the rom, restart, install Kernel, and try to boot again; it just hangs on the initial boot screen image. I have to remove the battery and reinstall the rom again, NOT installing the kernel. I am going to download the kernel and try again.

Wifi has a error, wimax is inop, and the home button was working but now isn't??? ](*,)
