Multi-not possible.
Carrier-neutral probably possible,but pointles because everyone will have to flash carrier-specific mms,from what I understood.

In Droid everything is encrypted.I can read win mo regs like a bedtime story,but not the droid os.I flashed few custom ROMs and nodody can even figure out how to set different Sense scene as a default instead of Sprint scene

I think you can use any EVO ROM on metro with those instructions.
