running it, great so far! I will be interested to see how the htc kernel stacks up against nartcheys… First thoughts I think nartcheys is faster…??? Thoughts?

That is purely dependent on your phone. Me and you can run the same exact kernel and ROM and have totally different results.

In usage, actually for me the HTC #11 seems a little quicker. I can basically guarantee you that it will give better battery performance.

Can you underclock and overclock with setcpu with the htc kernal?

Awesome job on the ROM. Its suuuper quick. Im regretting trying some of the other popular ROMs out there right now, they seem to have a lot of bloatware and flashy, unnecessary junk thrown in. Your ROM has got what is NEEDED!!!:headbang:

Just a question though...
I installed with no problems whatsoever, BUT was unable to find the Azrael_apps folder on the sd card in order to install andtether.apk.

Any suggestions?

This rom is SUPER FAST! I have tried a few other roms but this rom is like none that I have used before. Great work. The battery life is insane and my phone has never been more snappier than it is now. I want to send you a donation but I don't see a donate icon in the first post.

One question I do have is this...........is it possible to turn off the animation on the lockscreen? The wallpaper is the same for both my lockscreen and homescreen so every time I unlock the phone it flys away my wallpaper to reveal the same wallpaper. I can easily download LockBot to remedy this issue but I'd rather see if there was a way to stop just that animation. I don't wanna ruin this otherwise perfect rom with unnecessary add-ons.

You can download and flash one of the animation changers on the first post, but it will change all, not some of them.

I think you can underclock but not overclock. Not sure, I save that for custom kernels to be honest. I guess try and see...make sure you do not check "save at boot" when you experiment :)

I no longer have it setup to where Azrael_apps get installed to SD card.

Today I am going to make a patch that fixes Android tether and adds tun.ko to the lib folder. I will also reupload fixed versions for new downloaders for both versions of the ROM and DC versions.

Azrael 2.0 Patch available now!

Fixes problems with both Hulu and Wireless tether. Also adds tun.ko for things like OpenVPN.

Download link up now, around 8MB. Go into market and make sure you do not have Adobe Flash player setup to automatically update or it will break Hulu again!
