This is a new one for any ROM on my EVO... I put the phone in the dock to charge, Dock is attached to my PC so I mount it as a drive so I can move file and such. Someone calls, it doesnt ring, it just vibrates. Someone sends a text it makes the default sound. I do have custom tones set... Take it off the dock and next text and call has random music or ringtones to it... Ideas?

When you dock your evo, you have it set up to read your sd card, when this happens, your sd card is not able to be read(it's unmounted). When this happens, your evo defaults to internal memory ringtones. This is why the custom ring will not play. Go to settings/sounds and check what your default tone is and at least change it to a sound that is on the internal memory while docked. Hope that helped.

Its worse than that, when I undock it, it doesnt go back to the custom tone I had set... Thats the annoying part... Weirdly, RLS3 and previous worked fine...

Hey guys,

Found a couple neat threads and clocks worth taking a look at. First, here is a miui based fancywidget that's based on Fw 1.3 but looks a little different (better imo). Cool thing is it doesnt interfere with the latest Fancywidget on the market. so you can have both without conflict. It works great on Myn rom and will work on others as well

Secondly, Stoney (thks man) from xda has been doing some great sense flip clocks and the variety is expanding so check it out here:

hope you like them. first sshot is off the modded fancywidget and the second is one of Stoney's sense clocks (quality of sshot isnt good)

I have not had this issue. Sound like a wipe might be in your future.

Hey Myn, still loving the ROM bud. Any chance I can convince ya to add a themed version of the Droid X Keyboard for your ROM? Would be a nice option to have. Thanks again for all your hard work.
