[ROM] Myn’s Warm TwoPointTwo - [RLS 5 - 01/07/2011] - More Than Meets The Eye!

Best Rom I have used to date. Keep the updates coming.

.. is it just me?!! i'm on the new rls4, and loving it.. but sine i installed it i noticed i'm no longer able to dwnld .apk file from 4shared website.. also in my facebook i'm unable to refresh notifications.. anyone experiencing the same or at least has any fixes.. many thnx to MYN & to all)

Downloaded the update via Warm Updater...phone reboots then display exclamation mark inside triangle and the droid robot... and seems to be stuck there... Have to take out battery and reinsert to get phone to boot ...

Is there a way to update to the new release without having to reinstall the apps all over again?

everytime i try to us warm updater when it reboots to install the add on it stops and and its has ! with the android next to it

Yes there is! This happen to me...but more than likely you have clockworkmod recoveries. 1.What you do is go to Rom manager and scroll all the way to the bottom where it says "More Recoveries" and under that tap Flash Alternate Recovery! Directly directly under F.A.R. there in smaller font it says RA Recovery v1.80! once that is done update and you no longer will get the triangle with the exclamation mark and droid! If for some reason it doesn't let you flash to the other recovery go down More Recoveries->All Clockworkmod Recoveries and select a downgrade version of his Recovery that your currently on then do the above step at 1...I had to do this for my little brother phone!

Myn, this is my first time using your ROM and you cracked the cherry just right...lol Very well done. So far I like what I see here. Keep up the great work. Thanks for all your time you have put into this! =D>


EDIT: I did find one minor glitch but can't confirm if it is the ROM. On the Rosie settings when I try and set the right button to Camera and try and select that button, I get this -

android.content.ActivityNotFoundException: Unable to find explicit activity class {com.android.camera/com.android.internal.app.ResolverActivity}; have you declared this activity in your AndroidManifest.xml?

This is beyond my realm. Anyone?

I just wanna drop a line and tell the OP MYN thanks for all the hard work you have put into this ROM, I came from WM had a TP1 then a TP2 now the EVO and your ROM was the first I chose because of all the great feedback I have read upon. Andriod is new to me so I was pretty nervous rooting it since I bricked my 1st EVO...But finally did so with the new method!

Anyways only one issue I have with the ROM is when I'm online reading a forum and I would do Pitch to zoom the letters would not readjust itself you I would not have to slide Left to right to read a whole sentence, is there something that I can manually do myself or is it a glitch in the ROM? Again thanks for a FANTASTIC ROM and I look forward for more updates!!!! Deuces!!

Try the coconut font. Worked nicely!
