Yes do a backup first just encase you don't like the ROM. I also backup data/app it has all your download/installed apps in it. My ROM has apps to backup SMS and bookmarks that you can use next time. Then yes install the update file. Those updates will be included next time I do a full upload. Also I would boot the phone up before installng the update. Don't do it all at once.

Hmmmm. I did a NAND backup and a full Titanium backup. Then I flashed both consecutively... we'll see how that works.

Holy crud, this is gorgeous.

Should I just skip through the setup and then restore? That's what I'm doing... Am I really going to have to tap on Install/Done for every app?? LOL

I would not do a full (batch) titanium restore it can screw up the ROM.

Made a clear clock using the weather panel stuff from the TP2. Uploaded standard weather panel and no weather panel versions (white clock) as well. Weather panel is stock so you can undo weather panel changes.

Thanks Zone, looks great and was looking for a clear clock like this! I assume no weather panel version is the clear clock by itself? Flashing the rom now. Looking forward to it. Great work
