Anyone have lag issues when typing a name in the text messages to box? It used to be pretty much instant before the update now it takes 2-3 seconds for the name to pop up.

If u r running oc widget or setcpu u might be under a lil much. At least that has been the case 4 me

Changes from Fresh Evo 3.0.0.4 to 3.1.0.1:

• Built off of the new, OFFICIAL, Sprint Android 2.2 OTA update - 3.26.651.6
• Updated launcher pro to 0.7.2
• Removed QuickOffice and put it with the removed apks in /sdcard/fresh-removed-apks-3/
• Added some HTC widgets that aren't available for the Evo

Hey flipz! Cool rom man. On the screen shots you have the vanilla lock. I flashed to rom, but the vanilla lock was not there (only the sense lock). I tried flashing the one you have on your site but everytime I do it I get a constant loop at the splash screen. Anybody else has this problem? Or is it just me? Can you help me flipz?

I searched and couldn't find anything but I just rooted and flashed this rom. I have "An optional upgrade is now available" for voice mail. When I try to update it, downloads fine but does not install. Anyone else with this issue?

Read his instructions on how to use flashupdater. You can't install the the VVM that Sprint is sending. You have to use his and the updater.

Cool. Thanks for the info. This is my first root, sorta new to Android, and just want to make sure I'm doing everything the right way. BTW... I love the rom. Very nice work devs.

(not saying this is rom specific)...

When I take a picture, it's really sharp and crisp in the preview, but when I go to look at it in the gallery it's blury. Anyone else experiencing this? I'm not sure why it's happening and i've tried all different settings with the same result. The preview when the picture is taken is PERFECT. Sharp. Crisp. For some reason when viewed again it's about 80% of the preview quality....

Thanks your rom is working as advertised, I flashed from 1.0.1
I try and put different roms on and off; but once I flashed 3.1.0.1 I do not have the amon recovery anymore. I tried going back to XDA and found some threads there, but I will keep searching and trying again.
I can flash any fresh roms but seems like I cannot on others.
Any ideas?

try using rom manager you can use that to jump from Amon RA to clockwork and back again. its pre-installed (I think) if not its on the market
