Question - IF I install the update that doesnt erase ANYTHING on my phone, will I have any issues with ANY of my settings being changed - things like ring tones, lock screen settings (I run WIDGET LOCKER), icons and widgets, etc... THanks...

Just tried to install the ICONS update file and it says it cant install it.. I did the RECOVERY and then INSTALL UPDATE.ZIP and it didnt work...

EDIT.. I had to select the zip as its not called UPDATE.ZIP and then it installed the ICONS UPDATE.

Question - Can we get the new widgets as an installer so I dont have to flash the entire update just for a widget?

Is your baseband a official baseband or custom made by you and only works on your roms?

Okay so I am assuming that you got the Icon update to work correctly from your post.

The baseband along with Wimax are both the offical versions.

I cannot guarantee anything as I don't know what other software you have installed on your phone. I ALWAYS recommend a system wipe before a fresh install. If you are talking about the updates for the icons or the wi-fi hotspot they should not affect your phone or settings once installed.

At the moment, I have not really experimented with other kernels as I rarely overclock or have any need since HTC unlocked their FPS cap.

Yes I got the ICONS to work.. NOW, is it possible to get those WIDGETS you added as some kind of INSTALLER so we can just install them like regular apps?

On the bootup screen it doesn't show the sprint stock bootup animation/sound. It just shows a ANDROID image.... Where is the sprint bootup animation/sound
