How do you install this manually? I tried recovery mode, but it shows a little cell phone/exclamation symbol. Also, I'm on a completely stock unrooted rom and it won't detect the update OTA. Did they revoke it?

I read an article tonight that said Sprint/htc pulled the update temporarily.

Crap! how do you downgrade from this? my 4g is not working and I can't get in the recovery to flash any roms? when I try to root again it said that the version is older. Please help downgrade or help to get the 4G working. Thanks

I installed the rooted version and exchange server didn't work so I restored a backup. I think I'm gonna wait on this.
