Damm, welcome. I used your ROMS back in my winmo days. got my evo since launch and i just flashed my first ROM last night. Will definately give this a try.

Does this rom require a full root or just the first step? I can't do the second step because it messes up my battery icon. It'll show as charging when I unplug it and I have to reset the phone to fix it. Very annoying.

Im not full rooted. I completed part one of the rooting process but not part 2 (nand unlock).

as an update, ran the rom all day. not one issue to report. very fast, and and no hiccups. installed atk just to see how many apps opened up throughout the day and was surprised to see how well memory was retained. on stock, I would occassionally see slowdowns, check atk to see available memory dipping below 40mb. On this rom, I havent seen it lower than 100mb. Thanks again JD. Looking forward to future releases but this one rocks as is!
