i know its not the best set of instructions, but it worked for me

well update again...after turning the phone off and on now nothing syncs...i go into accounts and snyc and i see a message "sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly", i'm not sure if this is a rom issue or not...but gmail, picturemail, weather, etc are all down....sux, is anyone else seeing this

Quick question, this TitaniumBackup thing.... I'm coming from FreshEvo 0.3. If I do a Titanium backup, after I wipe the phone and load the new rom will all my apps be back? my email accounts, contacts, etc? What's the point of a nandroid backup then?

titanium backup doesnt do email accounts or contacts i thought...i may be wrong...

anyways for another update for me, i did another factory reset and installed all apps back on one by one, then i did titanium restore of data only...the thing i did diff this time was i unchecked gmail, handcent, or anything that had to do with syncing...then i went and did my settings for those apps manually....all looks good now again, i'll try a reboot to see if things stay that way

Yeah, I'm just trying to figure out if there will be an easy way to put most things back in once I upgrade to the latest FreshEvo ROM. I've installed so many apps, this is going to be a pain.... i was hoping that Titanium Backup would be the solution. It just backs up and/or restores all the installed apks right?

yea i think it just backs up and restores all apps and app settings.

***Update***
Is anyone seeing their Mobile Network start off as connected then says "connection failed" after awhile. I was testing picture mail and 1 went through but the 2nd one said "unable to send message: generic network failure", so i go into settings and see Mobile Network is saying connection failed, so i uncheck it, then check it and it says connected again, then about 5 mins later, connection failed again. WTH!

I had that problem I tracked it down to the market clocks that show the clock on the screen and keep the screen on like the desk clock. Something in them turns the 3g off and won't let it restart right reboot and you are fine I quit using them I tried a couple different ones and had the same problem.

i'm using the same clock that i was before i flashed....unless its the vanilla clock thats doing it...that could be the culprit

***update***
i reflashed the rom again lol, but this time i did not install vanilla lock nor my clock i got from the market and the mobile network has not disconnected on me yet...i'll keep running test and update

*edit: as soon as i did this step in the Fresh Updater "Go to the themes tab and hit “Check Now”." i checked my mobile network and it said "connection failed", i had to uncheck it then recheck it, now its back on...notice i did not install anything from fresh updater, i just followed the steps and hit check now which was the last step

the only problem i've had so far is the GPS (in google maps) takes FOREVER to find the location you're looking for and equally as long to update as your driving. I got tired of waiting for the google nav...

HELP!
Before I was going to upgrade to .5 I wanted to partition my new 16gb SD Card but cant figure out how to convert ext2 to ext3. I am running fresh .3 and am not finding the option to do this anywhere in the recovery menus. Now when I reboot it just keeps restarting at the Fresh flash screen
