Hi Vancer,

I believe OMJ mentioned that you need to unselect HTC messaging Client and Message Enhancements in the kitchen. I did this built a rom and txting worked and directed me to windows sms as did mms through windows. Hope this helps.

OMJ,

Still loving this kitchen...just found a small problem and you may already know it. The EPST doesn't work properly...at least for me. I was trying to change my PRL and it would not change. The phone would reset but still the same.

This was a problem in Calkulin's 4.1 kitchen not sure what he change but 4.2 worked but he changed dialers in that one. Hope this helps.

Hey guys - am i missing something here. I've downloaded the kitchen 3 separate times, and every time i try to open it with WinRAR or 7-Zip, i get an error that hte archive is either in unknown format or damaged.

I've never had an issue opening Calk's kitchens before...any idea what i'm dong wrong here.

Hi,
I downloaded the kitchen and it works great.
I built a rom and it won't start HTC sense.
It says "tap here to start" then, says starting then just goes back to "Tap to Start".
Any quick ideas what I may have done wrong?

fyi----as soon as I test a couple more roms, I'll be uploading an updated kitchen.




you are missing a dependent pkg.....ie, here's a common one, you deselect footprints, you must cook in the disable footprints in the tweaks folder, or Sense wont launch, you cant only deselect footprints......thats just an example. Make sure you have everything selected in the required folder.

OMJ - any thoughts on my unzipping issue? Any reason why 7Zip wouldn't be able to read the archive.

Sounds like it could be a corrupted download. I know you have downloaded it multiple times but thats what it sounds like. I know it sounds irrelevant but did you try restarting your computer?
