Thanks Cesium. While I am more than happy/satisfied with 28014 curiosity may force me to try this. I tried, unsuccessfully, 28205/28223 and decided I just don't have a sophisticated enough grasp on the process, but thanks to your work (and OMJ's!) I may just give this a go.

It looks like the download link on page 1 is broken.

Ok, Thanks for the info. I'll try again a little later.

Would you mind posting your 23102 also? Thx in advance.

Posted it a few days ago :p Here it is again: http://www.mediafire.com/?mdgmntnznjm

Main issue with 23102 is you need to use the rhodium dialer and no threaded emails (although you can apparently add it in)

A really stupid question, but this has puzzled me for awhile. Where do you put the xip.bin file? I never seem to be able to find it - reference to my two failures with 28205/28223 - or where to put it. I noticed it in your 23529 folders Cesium - do I just leave it where it is (obviously the folders need to be put into OMJ's kitchen)?
How does 23529 compare to 28014?
Thanks for all the work/contributions.

23102 has a lot less recmodding than 23529, but I was easily able to make ROMs with it. After having 23529 for three days now, I actually find it as fast as 23102.

The xip.bin is not required, so don't fret if some of the builds don't have it. And yeah, leave it where it is (ROM/Shared if i remember correctly)

23529 is way better than any of the 28xxx. They're all pretty slow in comparison, and 23529 gives you threaded email and office 2010 built in (albeit you can add those two things in to most 6.5.x sys). And so far everything works perfectly (except for MS tag reader which hasn't worked in any build I've tried so far).

To be honest, I'm finding 23529 slower than my old standby 28011. Also the menus don't seem finished, although that could very well be something I did in the kitchen, and not due to the sys.

Really? I dunno I never had good experiences with any of the 28xxx series. They were all slow and buggy for me.
