You can use sashimi to back up your active sync settings and have it automatically install them after you flash or when you run it manually after you flash. If gadget's rom is not sashimi compliant, then you just go to /internal storage/sashimi/program/bin/ and click on sashimi.exe. You can search around here for how to use sashimi and it's pretty straight forward. There is also a website mostly about sashimi
HERE. Makisu is the program you run to back up email accounts. It will create an .xml with all of your settings that sashimi installs when it runs.
