Probably going to be tomorrow. I found a few more things I am going to try (Not the Message Client - It's going to be removed in the next build), Including a possible working build of the Message enhancements (Thanks, Indagroove!)

I love the ROM... it's kinda sketchy with the camera tho. It is a very long delay before the camera actually snaps the shot. Is there anything that can be done to improve on the camera?

by the way, anyone that is using 1.9 and awaiting the revised version, you can this app to send and receive text messages. I used this once before when there was a similiar problem in another rom. it's not ideal but nice to have just in case. hope this helps. http://www.boxwave.com/software/twiddle/index.htm

**good idea would be to use tflo settings tab>customize tabs>and remove messaging so you dont have duplicate messages coming/sending.

I should have a version up for testing this afternoon. It'll be Sprint only, but if that goes well, I'll have the other carriers up tonight. I am getting close to ditching Showcase entirely. It will mean going back to the ugly HTC Task Manager Icon, but it'll remove a few headaches...

thanks Gadget! I hate to admit it, but you may be better of ditching showcase. it looks nice but the lockups aren't worth it.
