Still running yours btw, had it charging overnight, will test out the battery life today. Things noticed so far. When I first flashed the ROM, after UC and reset, when it booted up, it's like it hung on the notification screen (the one when you click the battery or something in the top taskbar) for longer than it should (i thought it was hung for a second or two). Other than that, have not noticed anything else yet, but I haven't tested everything yet. Let you know later today. Right now, my only suggestion would be to edit your initflashfiles.dat(or however you want to do it, there are other ways) to clean up the start menu a little. I'm a neat freak though, lol. But so far, all around good ROM. Oh yeah, I noticed your version date in the settings>system>device id was back from October, was that supposed to be a newer date?

no im not botterd by that october date and yes its newer battery life on this sys is fare butr not great and lastly the notifaction issue i have not had time but its been there the last few builds i keep hoping all of these issues will fade way like magic

fade away like magic.... lol, funny, i like that approach to cooking. And version date is easy to fix. After you cook your ROM, just use a hex editor and open the .nbh and change the date, before you upload. That's one way to do it to your ROM.

Ok. I've used this ROM for almost 2 days now and here is my report. On the weather tab, GPS based weather just will not update except for the very fix time, I had to use weather editor to put my city in and then it works fine (edit: just tried GPS based right now, and for some strange reason it worked, but did not display city name *shrugs* who knows?). If you take a video with the phone and then play it back, the video and audio are out of sync (not toooo bad out of sync, but noticeable). Pano background I made for you works great and looks good, I just need to change it a bit, as on the far right side, the pano brightness can almost obscure the white lettering(depending on your tab arrangement). Battery life if fair and what I would call normal these days. All in all, a good ROM with no major issues. I did not try out syncing contacts with outlook (i use PIM), or setting any appointments, or a couple of the apps. But Based on my daily needs, this is a great ROM. Good Job MadCookie!

i like my roms for the most part but im always looking for ways to top the last faster better looking more loaded and we all know loaded are harder to make stable and fast but i try to do things like recmood and compress files to make it better

Oh yea, there is always something we can do to improve our ROMs thankfully, or this wouldn't be as much fun as it is. Looks like I have a free day today too, so maybe I can actually convince myself to not lay around and actually get some graphics and ROMs done for my thread today, lol. Anyways, all joking aside, good job on the ROM!!

your lucky i have to tell sunday morning and calk just put out a new kictchen and i want to put 2.5 in there and make a test rom but i just dont have the time now it sucks to be me

Hey, Great ROM, very snappy! Had a few issues with the GPS being a little slow at first, but after I went through all the steps for speeding up GPS, it was a LOT better. (even got my QPST drivers updated to 64 bit out of it, so I really can't complain). The only thing I could find that didn't work at first was adding an appointment in calendar view, but after two days, it just started working, and I have no idea what I did to fix it! Oh well, just want to say again, great job on the ROM and if you need another person trying to break a test ROM, I'm game.
