ROM is running great. number of apps is nice and still plenty of space left over.
Installed the fix from Bonsai's page and the manilla is perfect now. |

Re: Prototype rom v.2.5 10/8/09 loaded sys 23060
Thanks for the quick response. I didn't flash the stock ROM, but flashed by renaming to diamimg and using the hotkey combo, which I have seen some say before is just as safe as flashing from stock. I'll flash to stock next time I get around to trying new ROMs and try yours out again.

Re: Prototype rom v.2.5 10/8/09 loaded sys 23060
I just discovered Gyrator, which you can get from XDA. Works great. Piece of advice if you go with it though is to go into its event settings in the program and delete the one that locks on rotate. Really obnoxious.
This is unrelated, but also just discovered SensorScroll also on XDA, which let's you scroll lists with the scroll wheel. The two of them together are really what the Diamond should have shipped with by default. HTC severely dropped the ball by not taking advantage more of the scroll wheel and tilt sensors. The only downside with them is that some programs don't like them, so you have to add exceptions for them. Any chance we could see these integrated into the ROM with the exceptions pre-customized? |
