That would be really cool! Who knows. I bet it won't be long before someone finds a way to do this.

I added a cab for "SIPchange" to the first post. You can install it to Internal Storage. After installing, open it and pick which keyboard you want to be default. You can leave the timeout at 10 for all keyboards except Fingerkeyboard. That one needs 30 seconds.

Oh yeah, I updated the first post for BonsaiROM-2.2 (23034).

I added HTC task manager with an invisible icon. The old one conflicted with the clock in the taskbar. Now you just tap on the time and you will get the HTC Task Manager. I still can't get programs to close by tapping the X or OK in the bottom taskbar.

Thanks for the response. I saw that about the SIP change cab and have that ready to go. The keyboard you have is slightly different then the one say on Inda's ROM in that the letters don't visually lift above the keys, like finger. I will investigate more what specific keyboard it is...tho i thought it was an HTC one.

I'm seeing the selected key pop-up on mine. Of course, the sprint keyboards don't have as nice of a visual feedback as Fingerkeyboard.

Indagroove has an exclusive HTC Leo keyboard in his "Sprint ROM". Unfortunately he is unable to share the EXT package yet. Actually, I dumped his ROM and tried using the package but it's not playing well with my kitchen. Bummer! As soon as I get a working version I will replace the Sprint keyboard with it.

Re: BonsaiROM-2.2 (23034)-WM6.5.X-CDMA,Titanium,Sprint only

I haven't tried the 2.2 version yet but on the 2.1 I can't add a new contact. Has that been fixed in 2.2? or has anyone else had that issue.

EDIT: oh, and also, can the side volume control be enabled during phone calls? THX again for a great ROM...

The problem is a conflict with the HTC dialer. There's no fix for it until HTC puts out a new version of the dialer. But...I'm going to go back to the Tachi dialer and see if it fixes the contacts problem.

I haven't tried the volume button during a call. I need to flash this test ROM I am working on and see.

Watzone,
still liking this build. Did notice that your programs are a little outdated. there is a new livesearch cab called bing and there is telenav sprint navigation cab that is supposed to be better. There is also an HTC program that turns your phone into a wifi router (careful as it uses tons of data) Also, do you use incall recording and an uploader for youtube and facebook?
I am liking the bonsai background and deep red in the selections. I have tried to use RE start to make my own folders but have not had great success. Also similar issues with the dialer as above not to mention some hiccups when making appointments with the calendar (the drop down calendar keeps dropping down when I try to adjust the apt. time). Battery life has been great overall

Thanks!
I am aware of those newer programs but I'll leave that to you to decide what you want on your phone. Bing is the exact same program as livesearch but with a different icon! If you check the version numbers you will see that I have some very new packages.

I have never used RE start (even though I used to include it in my other ROM). The Start screen is evolving in the newer WM6.5.1 builds now so I'm not sure how well that program works anymore.
