Hi this might sound like a really dumb question but its really bugging me
I just flashed my phone with your rom and also changed my radio to telus 1.04.05
Now when I click on the signal bar I can see the Data Counter and the battery level below it. The data counter is counting data even tho I am not using Opera or anything else for that matter. Why is the counter working? Am i still using data somehow? I do have to mention that I was getting more bars with my stock radio.

The ata counter shows how long you have a data connection. It does not measure whether you are actually using it. One you initiate a data connection it remains up for a period of time..I forget what the timeout period is..Since you only pay for data actually transmitted or recieved this is not a problem

Anyone having an issue where the alarm sounds will not play when the alarm goes off?? I am, otherwise I love this rom.

Flashed this ROM last night to my Bell Diamond. It has been one of the most stable 6.5 ROMS I have used, and the speed is great. Most of the apps I normally load are already built into the ROM, and I really like way they are organized. I think I am going to stick with this ROM for a while. Excellent job!

My active sync works, can someone please try out their alarm becasue mine refuses to play the audio alert.

Hey cesium,
I believe ActiveSync work's.. as it work's for me ans others too since no one else has been saying there's is broke,have you tried a hard reset? if that won't fix it you might have to flash to one of his other ROM version's such as standard.

P.S if you wish to flash to another ROM due to no ActiveSync do this as said by me before.

" Hey for those of you who can't flash to another ROM due to no pc connection being detected. do this just incase there isn't a fix or such... i posted this in sph..

How to fix this.....

Step 1... enter the bootloader (" Power button + volume down button while the phone is starting, basically the same way you would have installed it, but no back button. "

step 2... Download a ROM folder or if you Have another ROM file ready then no need to download one.

step 3... While in bootloader open up the ROM folder with the new ROM you want to flash and open up " ROMUpdateUtility " file and follow steps as if you were flashing a new ROM.

Edit: lightman02 I'll try out my alarm and let you know.
