music tab has something funky going on with it... the buttons get replaced with white squares sometimes, the play button dont work in landscape, i think it only worked in 1918 anyways...

Can you verify that the SMS send is fixed and advise what Opera if any is included?

no opera, u need to install it yourself. manila messaging tab dont work at all, even from the contact page, i get a black screen.
contact name wont get saved... gets left as unnamed

Yeah, that was an inconvenience heh. Once I fixed the config.txt (and removed some extra ringtones), everything works to my liking Only annoyance is the calendar slider, but that's not a huge deal.

Haven't even looked at sms yet, but will report my findings!

Would you mind also checking the incoming ring problem? The call did come in on yesterday's version, the ringtone just didn't sound at all. Thanks.

Sure. I always use vibrate so I never noticed an issue, but I'll leave it on ring and see what happens.

So what is the internet tab linked to? Is there a way to link it to Opera once it's installed via cab? I hate IE mobile, lol

Read pages 260-263 of this thread. There's a program that you download and use to edit the ROM file (RUU_signed.nbh) before you flash it to the phone.

Not the right track, but a good try!!! You need htcRIE. Someone posted it a few pages back. Then you need to open up the nbh file, go to OS, then IMGFS and save out config.txt. Remove the googlemaps.cab line in that txt file, then delete the old file from the image and add the new one you just created in and save the image.
