Gotcha. Sucks though... you were talking about a different dialer, can I change that? Anywho I'll try out a few things and post the results, thanks!
You should be able to install and wm6.5 dialer and use it instead of this cooked in htc dialer. the problem with the 6.5 dialers is they are not as clean looking, smaller numbers, just not as nice to look at. But, they work well with calls coming through without a delay like the htc dialers, and you can just lock your device with the built-in lock without problems which is very nice. I would like to know what Mike thinks about the 6.5 dialers and whether it's compatible to install one on this rom.

Well, I might be completely off here, but when I installed Titanium I believe I had the 6.5 dialer, and since I returned to stock ROM I have the HTC dialer (that I'm sure obviously). However since I uninstalled Titanium, it's worse; now the phone doesn't ring at all, which is probably what you were saying about the HTC dialer. So my question is: how come I had that issue the first time when I wasn't using the HTCs...?

No Opera bugs here, and apart from the ring thing, everything else works better that I would have expected. No corrupt ringtones either, but I use only stock rings (yeah, I'm boring).

Sorry for being such a noob by the way

no problem man, we are all noobs, just different varieties Just a little confused on your response. Titanium is already installed on Mighty 5.0. you said you installed it, is that correct? Flashing back to shipped rom will bring your phone back to factory settings with the htc dialer from the original rom. It should work fine. did you mean titanium (mighty 5.0)

no corrupt ringtones either for me, same reason, only stock.

Thanks for the rom MightyMike. Just wanted to say thanks and tell you about the one problem I did have.

It wouldn't connect to the any computer by usb. Windows 7 or Windows Vista wouldn't recognize it or even detect it when inserted into the usb ports. It may of been just mine doing that, looked part way thru the thread to see if anybody else had the same problem, but this thread has gotten way to long. Luckily I was able to do a hard reset and boot up to where it says Security Unlocked and load a different rom.

there's nothing to install, the 6.5 dialeed is built into the sys. you just gotta disable the htc dialer with advanced configuration or a simple reg edit. I think the 6.5 dealer b my rom is pretty sexy.

yes, sorry Groove for the incorrect info. so you just need to use adv config to change the dialer to the 6.5 dialer. then use one of skins on this forum to make it look nice. Groove has a ton. I agree, they look much better than the stock 6.5 dialer.
