Why are you extracting anything?
Just connect your phone via USB, connect via A/S and double click the exe.
If you're trying to flash from your Internal Storage, make sure you change the name of the file and that it's named 100% correctly.

I have a Mac, I can't install via ActiveSync and .exe files. I had to extract the .nbh file from the .exe file, and then I renamed RUU_SIGNED.nbh to DIAMIMG.nbh, like I always do, and it was definitely in Internal Storage.

I know I'm doing everything right, I just don't understand why it's not working this time for this one ROM, repeatedly.

Don't know... was just looking around... maybe something like one of the programs that syncs a WM device to a Mac would work?

I haven't found one that can install ROMs. .cab files, yes, and just using the internal storage as a flash drive, yes. But they can't install ROMs. I think I'm just going to use MightyROM 4 again. Oh well.
