Again, these are the stock 6.5 icons, as the Cap'n is trying to stay stock.

The signal bar icon is actually just a dll from the oem drivers folder that is overriding the 6.5 signal icons. You can take care of this pretty with a simple reg edit. Just delete the following reg entry, and you will have the stock 6.5 signal bars (but this may cause other unknown issues -- so far none that I can tell though):

Thanks so much for the tip! I figured most of these ROMs incorrectly had a combination of 6.1 and 6.5 DLLs. You should pass on the word to all of the cooks.

Youtube (our common HTC one), msn money, PIE(latest) & Marketplace .cabs would be my specifics. Youtube over all of them.

I wish there was a Rom like this for the Touch Pro. This is one of the best 6.5Roms out there for the Diamond.

I agree, they are hard to find at times. I still can't find the AdobePDF one that gets added in. Otherwise, I've accumulated most of the cabs by following a lot of threads and ROMS over the last year or so.

Search on the forums is pretty atrocious and one can't be expected to look through 100's of pages for obscure links to cabs. I feel your pain. Good luck!

do a search, itll bring up the threads that could possibly have the cabs your looking for. instead of clicking and opening the whole thread, click the "<FILES>" to the right of the thread title

Most of my cab installs fail because of the "certificate or component error".
Tried installing "advanced config" to see if it was security but advanced config falls to the same error.

Not sure what I can do in HKR\cabfile\shell\open\command either, the defualt key looks like it should.

Anyone have suggestions?

anyone find a working diamond/touch pro keyboard cab file for this rom? Love the rom, hate the keyboard but when I install any of the diamond keyboards from xda they seem to be stuck inputing special chars(using compact qwerty which is what I want)!@#%$ etc. Any help/info would be appreciated.

finger keyboard in the only one i've been able to get to work... altho it doesn't appear to have compact qwerty... nor phonepad which is my preference but it is pretty sweet nonetheless...

cab file is a coupla pages back...
