Help! Bootloader will not connect to USB

You need a USB Sync driver from windows update.
It auto downloaded for me after sitting in bootloader for a while.

Try searching for updates next time you load into boot loader or something.

Thank you..I had tried everything. I never would have thought of running Windows Update. It found the driver in seconds and now I am back in business.
