To add applications and such you have to turn it into an OEM....download calkulin's kitchen...it'll take a while to UNzip then run OEMizer and its pretty easy to use...feel free to PM me if you can't figure it out.

There are a ton of registry edits...go to xda diamond forum and i think there is a TF3D improvements forum on PPCgeeks also.

There is an option in Cal's kitchen to make it generic. just click generic in BuildOS
