another testament to how good this rom is.

i have opened up the kitchen a few times already and ran htc kitchen thinking i was going to change something from this rom and the only thing i think i want to remove is the sbp phone suite. right now it is there if i want to every use the today screen but i think the trial ended. anyway i decided not to do anything just yet.

so i thought i would try my best to figure out the "active data" icon staying on constantly. i found something i have not seen before. when i go to settings, connections tab -> connections...there are two tasks listed. "sprint" and "my work network". i do not ever remember seeing "my work network". it's not doing anything but thought i would ask about it.

so far the only way i have been able to turn the data icon off, other than turning off data in comm manager. is to go to advanced config program, then goto menu -> more settings -> connections then play with the "sprint" settings. for a brief period the data icons stay off but as soon as i open internet explorer or opera then the icons come on and stay on.

under diamond tweeks -> data -> 6.1 Disconnect After -> it was set to disabled. i changed this to 10 seconds thinking it would do something. it didn't.

So i am going to keep looking. it seems like something keeps polling the data connection. i have checked all of the settings for the applications that use the internet like weather panel, rss feeds, activesync and etc and all of those settings seem legit.

Ok i don't know if this is a oversight on your part by it take about a hour to get past the ALIGN SCREEN when flashing this rom. Now for me i just recook the rom and all the oversight have been resolved. but i like to know your insight to this?

in spb ms, this isnt an issue with your cooked in version of spb but i was wondering if you might help, when i go to "favorite contacts" and select a contact i am given 5 contact methods.

work#, home#
mobile #

how can i remap the mms to use email or just remap the order in general? this is only an issue when i have more than 2 phone numbers for a contact, but i have a lot of contacts with more than 2 numbers.
