Main differences that I know of are -
- the 212xx builds are HTC builds whereas the 215xx are MS builds
- Media player, IE, and adobe flash were updated for 21502 and 21215 (adobe flash was not included in my 21215)
- IE and adobe flash was updated again for 21222

For the sake of having the order in mind...
21502 - build date 4/8 (-ish) - MS build
21215 - build date 4/14 - HTC build
21222 - build date 4/22 - HTC build

If someone is to flash the newest update of your rom should they still flash to a stock rom first or just download the latest rom and flash it?

Its still recommended to do a stock flash every few times...

*edit* We are on 21502 right now and it is way faster than 21501, but I'm finding the memory consumption to be a bit high. I didn't try 21215 though, so I can't comment/compare to the HTC builds. I think I'm gonna move to 21222 soon.

If i am using 21215 beta 1 should i upgrade to 21215 beta 2 or should i use 21501 beta 2.1? Is there a big difference? Are there things that are better with 21501 over 21215? Like ive said before sory if these are kind of stupid questions still kind of learning, this is the first time i have ever messed with anything like this, I just want it to run the best that it can and have everything that it needs to do whatever i want it to do, ya know

21222 was running pretty good for me. And it has IE, WMP, and flash updated over 21501 (and IE and flash updated over 21215) so I would say try it.

I was unable to use 21222 Beta 1 ROMs -TF3D version "says file is corrupt"
I downloaded twice to make sure

So i just installed the no TF3D version ( maybe i can cab in TF3D after)
