Just a suggestion, but instead of having the user install the clock .cab manually, why not add it to the config_operator.txt file and dump the .cab into the carrier OEM so it installs automatically after first boot.

Not complaining, just sayin!!

Hey... thanks for the idea. I may do this until I can come up with a permanent solution. :)

Good job! Great ROM!

My problem as a Canadian TELUS user is that the weather DB does not contain all the countries. So I can't get Weather for Ottawa.

The commonly used weather customizations do not include other countries... just more US cities. As this is a Sprint rom, I probably won't change this... but you could take a look at this app to see if it will work for you. :)

This is tested and working. Next version "should" have automatic clock installation unless something weird happens. Thanks again for the suggestion.

Glad I could help!

That's the workaround I used on my early ROMs until figured out how to manipulate Manila files.

For the record:
After the weather database is updated, this ROM works perfectly on TELUS.

And I love this battery icon!

Actually, I tried quitting but i can't....
I admit it, I'm a flashing addict.
As ROMs updates are rare these days on the diamond, I needed a fix!
