Something strange happened now!

Hi All!
I'm new to Diamond!
Last week i upgraded from Titan to Diamond!
It's very nice and sweet phone!
Can't believe how this small thing can make so many things!!!
So, i wanted to flash my phone with MightyRom 4.8!
Unlocked my phone, then try to flash!
But in 14% it's stop!
Try to to this again!
But again, same thing at 14%!
But suddenly, in 3rd time, i had successfully flashed my phone!
Why my phone stop at 14% twice?
And more strange thing, why in 3rd time, it success!?

First of all, you ARE cdma right? And secondly I'm assuming you are on the sprint stock rom then, so try doing a hard reset and making sure you follow the directions EXACTLY. And your phone may not have unlocked correctly, you can try running that again too. Then try doing the ROM update utlitity again.

It happened to me too... I was almost gonaa give up when it finally caught the flash. Only difference is that mine would get stuck at either 1% or 5% randomly. When it finally went through I was able to flash roms. To check if it is unlocked, Shutdown phone...Hold (press) the Volume Down button and the Power Button at the same time. I recommend you press and hold the Volume button first because if you press the power first it might just turn on and not catch the other. This will enter you into Bootloader Mode (rainbow screen) and you should see SPL-0.57.CMONEX somewhere on the screen (top left probably secon text line)... You should be good to go if it is.

+1 for Medina post, OP your phone will say Security Unlocked on top even if its still locked. so make sure you double check everything everytime.
