Re: Alltel Users - What ROM are you running?

I'm using intxROM 1.3 at the moment and it works great and TF3D is very fluid. I downloaded the Alltel DCD cab and got picture messaging to work that way. Probably going to stay with this one for awhile since I finally got it set up how I like it. I would also recommend juicy's ROM as well.

You're still using 1.3?

1.4 blows 1.3 out of the water, oluch.

I'm running Mighty 4.8 right now, and it's pretty stable. It all depends on what you're looking to do, though.

Re: Alltel Users - What ROM are you running?

Soooo... Question: I went to flash Mighty Rom the other nite... But it kept saying there was some sort of USB error... Like my phone wasn't connected to my cpu.... BUT IT WAS... I could still see the E: drive from the phone on my cpu but it wouldn't recognize the phone to flash or unlock... What gives?

You need to be sure it is connected through activesync before flashing.

Re: Alltel Users - What ROM are you running?

I've been using GrooveROM or FuFu wm6.5 ROM's. I just install the attached files to get them working on Alltel with everything. I haven't had any issues with any ROM using them.

Re: Alltel Users - What ROM are you running?

I install LennySh_Alltel_Arcsoft_3.0.26.12c first. Then install LennySh ArcSoft 5.0.71.33R3 Alltel. Then I uninstall the 3.0.26 cab. Soft reset. Then open messaging. Open sms/mms -> Menu -> Pics/Video Options -> Servers -> Alltel MMSC -> change port number to 80.

That's it. Tested with my Pro and my wife's diamond.

http://forum.htcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=2 is where you get the files. These have been posted on this forum several times and you can find them if you search.
