i downloaded it and cant get it to go do i have to to do something else after downloading

Out of calcu's kitchen, I think it's windiff. It will compare two directories. I just compared the OEM directories...

no, just establish active sync connections and run it the same as the original shipped rom.

I just downloaded this morning and couldn't get the exe to run. I just opened it with winrar, extracted the nbh and used the ruu out of my kithchen... I only had like ten minutes with it though. I plan on thoroughly disecting it this evening.

yes, same here ratman. It takes a little time but eventually it will switch over from the black screens to the flash screen. try it again but give it more time. or restart your computer first. establish active sync connection and it should work. good luck.

THANK YOU legend, thought it was just me. I am having MAJOR issues with the keyboard popping up and down. Also am having issues with the text getting marked as "read" even after opening the text and closing it. Definitely uses more memory than the previously shipped ROM
