Help.

I know this has probably been posted already, but I need help. I unlocked my phone and am running mighty rom. Only problem is that I can't connect to the internet, basically kills the use for a new rom!

I want to see if I put back the stock rom, and hope the internet works. I need any help I can get, and most likely it will have to be dumbed down to noob terms.

I just want internet on my phone

Was internet working before you unlocked and changed roms? Which carrier do you have? If Sprint, just flash back to the "shipped" rom ...

Re: Help.

Try hard-resetting your phone. I've had this happen once or twice and a hard reset has fixed it. The easiest way is to go to Settings->System->Clear Storage. Then you enter 1234 and press ok. Make sure you do not choose to format the internal (NAND) storage (unless you really want to get rid of the files in your internal storage).

That makes no sense, how can you figure out how to flash a custom rom but can't flash a stock rom?!? They are the exact same thing. They will even have the same file name. Go back to the unlocking/flashing guide and follow the exact same steps you used for a custom rom except replace the custom rom with the stock one you downloaded. Done!

Hook your phone to your pc via usb, let activesync run ... then find the shipped rom file and double click on the .exe ... follow onscreen directions.

I believe its because most of the Stock ROMS have been archieved as nbh files without the custom rom loader.

What you can do is, go to where you unpacked your custom ROM, then deleted the NBH file there. Then copy the Stock into that directory. Then run like you did with the custom ROM.

Did you try installing DCD's carrier cab? I think you need that for MightyRoms.

okay thank you, so I drop the stock rom into (mighty rom) file, then run the exe program? with the sprint rom it's just a nbh file, and thats it.
