Try hard-resetting your phone. I've had this happen once or twice and a hard reset has fixed it. The easiest way is to go to Settings->System->Clear Storage. Then you enter 1234 and press ok. Make sure you do not choose to format the internal (NAND) storage (unless you really want to get rid of the files in your internal storage).
