Re: Rhodium Menu Cooking
I used the OEM folder from the Rhodium TF3D page at xda. I then used Calcu's 4.5 kitchen (final release, not a beta, and not a 4.6 beta) and removed everything from the OEM folder that said "Manila" (clocks, engine, etc). There were two other duplicate dlls I had to remove: Resloader.dll (in the Applications - HTC Calculator 1.0.1822.4128 folder) and HtcDrmApi.dll (from the System - ShareDLL 2.0.080710.00v2 folder). I deleted the files from the Application folders instead of deleting them from the Rhodium folder - not sure if Rhodium versions were newer or not, so I didn't want to take a chance. Cooked fine after that and I'm not having any problems with my ROM (other than the normal Rhodium problems )

Re: Rhodium Menu Cooking
So you just used their oem folder in calkus kitchen minus the manila folders? How do you have tf3d without manila?

Re: Rhodium Menu Cooking
I'm sorry, I think I misread your post. You're talking about just the menu notifications, not the whole Rhodium manila? That was instructions for the whole new Rhodium TF3D. For the menus, I just used the cab files since they were so small I'm afraid I didn't try to cook them in. My bad, and sorry for any confusion.

Re: Rhodium Menu Cooking
It might be easier to just put an line in your SDCONFIG file and have the menu cab install on customization.

Re: Rhodium Menu Cooking
Crazy, I just compared Calcu's oem to the one I created. They are exactly the same except for mine has an initflashfiles document and his doesnt. That should change anything but ill try his and see what happens.

Re: Rhodium Menu Cooking
Ok I tried using Calcu's OEM. Still no go. Now I havent been totally honest with you guys. I noticed that Mighty has been able to use the notification and menus from the rhodium on the 20771 sys in his most recent build. After reading in a thread that this is possible by replacing a couple gwes files and then installing the menu cab, the menus work on 20xxx builds and even some 21xxx builds that didnt work before. So what I did was replace the gwes files in my kitchen SYS folder and then cooked in the menu OEM. This probably the problem but everything cooked so well I just assumed it would work. Im sure Mighty did some extra work to get it to work in his rom. Oh well. Back to the drawing board.
