Which text input screen are you using, the threaded view, the standard windows input box, or the manila sms box? Both the threaded and standard input box show the character count and send 2 messages if over the count, but the manila box does not show the count and may not send 2 messages (I haven't tried it). JonRom 1.7 uses the threaded input as default from the sms tab in TF3d.

I don't think i've ever experienced that bug... i can test it if you give me a condition where it always occurs

On your previous build it always occured when using the camera. Pictures were taken fine, but the picture "preview" - as you're looking at the device getting ready to snap a shot - was always black.

Hmm, the picture preview worked fine on the previous build and it works fine on this one for me

today I met a "black" camera preview, after manipulating with camera options (decrease preview length and shut off the sound) - preview started working fine... may be it can help somebody

before i flash this rom i know that with the xmod manilla dat you are using had issues with the shortcut to call a contact through manila does this rom have the same issues with this manilla. Also does it have the facebook status updates through the contacts
