Re: [4-24-09] JonRom Version 1.5 Custom WM6.5 21501 Sprint rom with Rhodium Manila 1D

Since I figured out how I messed up the oringal flash, I decided to try all the ROMs I screwed up again.
So far, this one is doing very well.
I'm still having the issue with getting internet settings when I tap on All Settings, but otherwise all the other issues I had are gone.
I am going to need to get into those settings; none of the other Rhodium ROMs that I've tried have had that particular issue.
I'll hopefully be able to work around it over the next few days.
The few mods I've done so far seem to have caused no damage.

Cool rom, my feedback isnt too good. been having problems with the world clock changing the time zone, when i go to the programs tab the bottom curtain gets stuck and i have to disable TF3D to get it clear.

lots of freezing when txting, and it randomly deletes txt msgs when i soft reset...

Great work in progress and i see alot of potential out of it. cant wait for the next update!

You may want to try going back to the stock rom, doing a clear storage, and flashing back to this. The world clock bug is the only one you should be getting, which should be fixed in the next version of rhodium/topaz manila

Kind of have the same issue. Clock changed my time/timezone. Then I changed it back, but it changed all of my appointments to be off by an hour!
When I opened the appointment, it was correct, but still showed wrong on my Manila calendar.
Texting is also hesitant- starts and stops.
And I did flash the OEM ROM before this one.

Ok, those are known bugs with rhodium manila... i had a fix in the last version that helped with the appointments not going off time, but the rhodium weather master overrides that. I can post the .cab if you want, but weather master won't work after that. The locking up and missing texts are not known bugs however

Great rom, been using it since last night, very stable it seems.

I'm on alltel and had to reprogram using *228 to get data working again.

Also had to delete [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\InternetSharing\settings]ForceCellConnection="Sprint PCS" to get internet sharing working.

Like others i cant get the time in manilla and system to sync for the life of me. always an hour behind.
