Re: [6-19-09] JonRom Version 1.85 WM6.5 21815 Sprint rom with Rhodium Manila/Tachi di

Any reason this wouldn't work on a TP? Since the RUU won't allow me to load it onto my TP, I was gonna take the nbh and rename to raphimg.nbh so that the TP would pull the file off a card. I've seen other ROMs that have been interchangable, would this be one as well or am I about to brick my tp?

It wouldn't brick it, just doesn't have some drivers like the hardware keyboard. I have an as-yet-untested touchpro version here however http://www.filefactory.com/file/ag8f...onRom_1_85_rar. Let me know how it works!

Re: [6-19-09] JonRom Version 1.85 WM6.5 21815 Sprint rom with Rhodium Manila/Tachi di

Will report back shortly.

Update 1: RUU flash took.

Update 2: Ran a hard-reset as you always should and the phone system feels very snappy. Only couple thoughts I have on it are the following:

1: Reception icon doesn't really do its job, just sits there showing no bars. If I click on the status bar then TF does show that I have signal. Running the Telus 1.04.05 radio.
2: Unneeded FM radio app since Sprint hates us
3. 2 versions of opera though both say beta. Slightly confusing.
4. Flipit is just a great program to keep in there, saves my bacon since my uninsured TP's slider switch is fried.
5. No flash in the camera options and going into options seems to have a 50/50 chance of crashing the camera app, making it reset itself.

Thanks for testing... the reception icon is something I've noticed with my icon set when the data is connected... haven't figured out a fix yet other than taking it off completely and it doesn't annoy me enough to do that. I'll take out the FM app for the next touchpro version and I suppose use a different camera app... forgot the touchpro has a flash.

Not sure about your dialer issue as I never use the lock screen. As for the newer sys, haven't noticed anything very different yet... maybe just slightly faster
