He's talking about how you can swap which phone the line is using on the fly.

You can go on your website and switch phones.

Say 555-4444 is using a Diamond, and you want to use a Touch Pro for the day.

You go on their website, go thru the process and 555-4444 will now be using a TP.

You can do this free of charge and very fast.

That way when if I drop my diamond in a pitcher of beer, I won't really care cause I'll have a pro @ home sitting on the charger most likely...
