Windows Mobile 6.5 IE security

Today I flashed GrooveRom 4 with winmo 6.5 and manila. Now I'm trying to flash back to MightROM but I'm getting stuck: I can't get a good connection to my computer (is Windows 7 a problem here? it hasn't been in the past...) for the flash to occur, and IE won't let me download a RAR file. Any suggestions for disabling this security setting in IE?
