The phone has to be powered off completely(not just screen).

Then hold volume down, backspace and power until the tricolor screen flashes up, that is the bootloader.

If you want to flash from internal storage, name the nbh file "DIAMIMG" and place it in your Internal Storage and it will automatically ask if you want to flash the new rom when you enter bootloader that way.
