I tried to install the Titanium Weather app that I found over at xda, but had no success with this rom (loaded). Anyone else get it to work?

Works great...I'm using v3.0 with no problems at all. What issues are you having?

It doesn't appear on my Today screen at all. I followed the steps from the link at XDA, also. Is there anything else I need to do besides install the .cab?

I sure did, funny u posted this cause i just configured it when i read this/ ill include the cab that worked for me, i am using 4.5.3L by the way/ u just run the cab install to device and then u will go to the tab that says LAUNCHER and u will see a lil "setup" softkey in the bottom right, click it, then choose #3 and select "ok" in bottom left, and then go down each of the 6 settings and pick your options then click cancel u will be brought back to the previous screen and then select #2 and then number #3 / u now should have the weather updating and giving u the forcast

I have no problems installing it. I just don't see this "Launcher" tab. Is it on the today screen? (if so, its 100% not there). The only thing I see is in the program list (start menu) and it makes a folder titled "accessories" and it has the TitaniumWeather Setup in there (where I see the 1-6 options). I hate feeling like a noob since this is probably something simple.

I'm using 4.5.3.1 Loaded and the weather I'm trying to install is 3.1.2. Should I try to revert back to the 2.1 version you posted?

u better believe it! i dont know about the newer version, but i can tell u that i had a LAUNCHER tab right above the IE tab, noooooo folder in my start/programs titled accessories/

give 2.1 a try / i think u will be ok, ull see

I owe you a . 2.1 installed and works. I wonder why I couldn't get 3.1.2 installed. My last question: Does the "LAUNCHER" go away or is that forever on my today screen?
