Yeah, Im aware that thats been a trend lately, but nobodys figured it out yet, just about all of the 6.5s and Rhodiums roms over here have to do that. Its usually stated 1st post that its a beta rom.

The ONLY thing that patch does for you is fix the HTC Media Player menu right soft key. I had everything else worked out already. It has nothing to do with your phone messing up and you not doing a stock flash to try to correct the problems otherwise.

Well just keep expecting patches for rhodium until an actual working Topaz port from Xbmod and friends comes out.

Contact Scrolling in Dialer - Lose the HTC Volume Controls or just go look through your contacts tab where it works, so it's a toss up.

SIP - Disable xt9 or install PCM Keyboard or Finger Keyboard, another toss up.

Non Boots - Stock Flash.

Plain and Simple.

flashing the stock ROM first has been recommended in highlife's, intxrom's, calkulin's, grooverom's, mightyrom's, taylorspj's, jonrom's, juggalo's, and juicy's. I would say there is some reason it keeps getting suggested...

I had all kinds of wierd issues with any of the 6.5 ROM's until I started flash at least stocklike ROM's in between. I have used highlife's and inda's ROM's and am now making my own. I'll flash Con's 11-28-08 ROM since thats the closest I can find to a stock Alltel ROM, then whichever 6.5 ROM I'm trying next.

I use a Con Rom a lot too when I forget where I have the alltel one lol.

You're dealing with LEAKED roms. There is no official release of wm 6.5, just a bunch of leaked sys's that have been ported to wherever a kind chef can get it. There is no reason to spend days trying to fix bugs when everyone knows a new sys will be out soon and the tracking whichever bug will start again. If you don't like the nature of it you really should just stick with 6.1. Personally, I'm loving this latest sys.

Im gonna state the facts, best I know, OK? 6.5, Rhodium, and a good low memory in the same rom is brand new and Highlife is the first to accomplish it! Thats all right in my eyes, I dont see him as any different than any other chef trying to perfect a good rom. Im not having any problems with it, but even if I did I would be very kind and wait for a solution. Thanks alot for this, this the best of both testing circles of rhodium and 6.5.

Am I blind? I can't find the psShutDown app. Isn't there supposed to be an icon?

Anyways, highlife this is running pretty smoothe (4.5.2). I have found no glitches for anything I use it for. Maybe just a little slow and sluggish rhodium... but that could probably be fixed with bigger pagepool?

No icon, hold down the power key It's different than the one most chefs are cooking with I think. Don't skin it or it turns chinese on you.


Yes pagepool can be changed, and there is a link for the changer on 1st post. I have mine set at 24 today.
