oops my bad, But u might want to do the repair on the activesync on your computer anyways cause it might just correct the issue when u connect to the computer after repairing activesync/ activesync on phone is reliant on activesync on computer/

LOL god listen to me, i could be way off but u never know what lil thing is at the root of the problem,

just an idea, hope maybe it helps

Uninstall on your PC from Control Panel/Add Remove programs and also remove the old synchronization files. Then reinstall the ActiveSync software and reconnect with your phone.

All I have to do is push volume down, back space, and then push power. That takes me into bootloader every time. I know because I no longer have active sync, so I do it from the storage card. I do it alot.

I dont know what I did, but I lost mine 2 wks ago. I tried everything you said and more. I gave up.

so u r saying i can cut out the pushing reset button, thats awsome cause u should see me trying to do all that at once/ my wife says i look funny doing it/ but that would explain why i still got the tri screen cause i pushed the right ones first and then reset last which it didnt matter because the right combo was done first /

The phone has to be powered off completely(not just screen).

Then hold volume down, backspace and power until the tricolor screen flashes up, that is the bootloader.

If you want to flash from internal storage, name the nbh file "DIAMIMG" and place it in your Internal Storage and it will automatically ask if you want to flash the new rom when you enter bootloader that way.

^ And if I'm not flashing from Internal Storage, I just hold Volume Down and Power to enter bootloader.

I am not having the problem syncing w/ my computer, I am having the issue syncing over the air. I gave your suggestion a shot and had no luck

ummm question does it matter if the phone is a diamond or pro when flashing roms?
