EDIT: Some people (like me) hate T9 and word suggestion.

This post suggests using the default keyboard to switch between T9 and ABC mode. Unfortunately INTX didnt include the default keyboard, so this cant be done. Oh well, have to wait for 1.7. Thanks for the help!!!
